Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • A drizzle of neutral oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g of flour
  • 1 packet of panko or breadcrumbs
  • Frying oil – or Airfryer

Recipe

  1. Crack the eggs into a large bowl, season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
  3. Roll the chicken strips in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs or panko.
  4. In a deep fryer, heat the oil to 180°C and submerge the chicken strips until they are golden brown. Let them drain on paper towels.
