Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- A drizzle of neutral oil
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of flour
- 1 packet of panko or breadcrumbs
- Frying oil – or Airfryer

Recipe
- Crack the eggs into a large bowl, season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
- Roll the chicken strips in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs or panko.
- In a deep fryer, heat the oil to 180°C and submerge the chicken strips until they are golden brown. Let them drain on paper towels.
